The Lord Will Protect You

THE Lord will protect you. The Lord protects me.
When the devil had my soul I just kept on praying asking God to protect me.
Please lord get the devil away from me .
I need your protection.
I told the lord everything that the devil was doing in my life.
I heard God voice. He said to me, just keep praying my child, I see everything you are going through, just hold on; I will protect you.
Just keep on believing in me.


I am so glad that I knew about the Lord!
The Lord gave me back my joy and peace and my faith!
I am so glad God gave me everything back!
The Lord is my protector. So I will always praise the Lord!
He is my protector and He can be your protector

Dear god

,I accept you as my Lord and Savior.
Please forgive me for my sins, wash me cleanse me, and make me whole again,
I believe that Jesus was born from a virgin, died at Calvary and came back to life again, and is sitting at the right hand of God.

THE POWER OF STRENGTH

STRENGTH

S is for surrender to the Lord
T is for testimony, given in the spirit of the Word
R is for righteousness
E is for enthusiasm, being filled with God's spirit
N is for never...never giving up
G is for the goodness of the Divine
T is for Truth, the Revelation
H is for Heaven, the stronghold of the Lord.

Each day in my personal life, the Lord gives me STRENGTH to get through.

See what understanding of the power of STRENGTH, you get from the Bible passage:

The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
(Psalm 18:1)

VICTORY

V is for your VOICE: Use yours, and speak to God. He can hear you when you call Him.

I is for I, myself…me: I am the one praying to the Lord.

C is for CHRIST: The One who is beside you when you pray…and always.

T is for TESTIMONY: Tell everything to God.

O is for OBEDIENCE: Obeying the Lord’s commandments brings you closer to God.

R is for RIGHTEOUSNESS: What we must strive for at every moment.

Y is for YES: The Lord will answer “Yes" to your prayers, if that is His will.

These are the steps I use when I need an answer and help from God. Therefore, I suggest you try my method when things are not going well to get an answer from the Lord.

STAY CONNECTED TO THE LORD: READ JUANITA BYNUM

If you are going through any difficulties in life, I recommend to all Jesus Storm faithful readers first, pray, and then ask God to guide you. Next, I recommend that in order to stay connected to God, read Juanita Bynum.

For example, I remember when one of my clients was giving me a really hard time. This person said something to hurt my feelings, and they were words that degraded me. So, I turned to p. 81 of Juanita Bynum’s book, The Threshing Floor:

“Say this right now: I am girded about with truth. I don‘t care what lies the devil may speak. I know the truth. I don‘t care what the devil tries to tell me about myself. I know the truth. I don‘t care how many times I make a mistake. I know the truth. I know that my mistakes are training me in righteousness. I may make some mistakes, but truth is going to straighten me out. I may bump my head sometimes, but I‘m coming out because I‘m girded with the truth.”

After reading the passage, the Lord spoke to me: “Let not the devil trick you with words. No one can harm you. I am always here.”. I felt so peaceful knowing that the Lord was with me at that time. Her book really helped me, and I plan to read more titles, and I hope you decide to join me.

HOLY SPIRIT FALL DOWN ON ME

Holy spirit fall down on me.
Lord, I am asking you to fall on me…
every part of me.
I need your fire .
Let it fall on me .
Let it burn within me .

We need the fire.
We need your presence, so send it down on us.
The world can see we need it.
Holy spirit fall down on us.

It shall come to pass afterward, that I shall pour out My Spirit on all flesh ... With joy you will draw water from the well of salvation ... For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground ... A new heart I will give you, and a new spirit I will put within you; and I will take out of your flesh the heart of stone, and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put My Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in My statutes and observe and carry out My judgments" (Joel 2: 28; Is. 12: 3, 44:3; Ezek. 11:19-20).

THE LORD WANTS YOU CLEAN "INSIDE OUT"

I pray everyday and ask the Lord to clean me on the inside, so that I can be one of the angels. I want to have my key to His Kingdom of Heaven. And I have to be clean.

Remember the Lord’s Word:

“Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.” Matthew 23:26

Therefore, if you are not clean “inside out,” you cannot take up the cross to follow Jesus to Heaven.

WAKE UP TO GOD’S PEACE

This how I wake up to God's peace: I keep my mind on Him. Also, I say my prayers at night so I can wake up in God’s peace in the morning, and I do peaceful things for people like sharing God’s Word with people who don’t yet know the Lord.

I stay focused on God. For example, I take time out of my day to sit and to concentrate on the Lord. Reading God’s Word helps me to stay peaceful with Jesus.

So, if you want peace in your life, keep your mind on the Lord, and you will wake up in God’s peace. Remember: God wants everybody to wake up in His peace.

"He will keep in perfect peace all those who trust in Him, whose thoughts turn often to the Lord! Trust in the Lord God always, for in the Lord Jehovah is your everlasting strength." Isaiah 26:3-4, TLB

WHY IS IT CALLED "PALM SUNDAY"?

In 2009, Palm Sunday, the first day of Holy Week, falls on April 5th. People often ask, "Why do we call it 'Palm Sunday'?" Let's look at the Bible verse John 12:

"The Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem"

12 ¶ On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,

13 took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried,
Hosanna: Ps. 118.25--0.1
Blessed is the King of Israel
that cometh in the name of the Lord. Ps. 118.26


14 And Jesus, when he had found a young ass, sat thereon; as it is written,

LORD, CREATE IN ME A CLEAN HEART

"Create in me a clean heart, O Lord!"

God created a new heart in my soul. And it feels so good and clean to have a brand-new heart for Jesus. Everyone needs a clean heart for a clean life. Your soul has to be clean to get intio Heaven.

Therefore, you should get down on your knees to pray. Ask the Lord to cleanse your heart and soul now.

"Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me."

WHO SHOULD I TURN TO?

Why not ask God for help? God will give you the courage to seek help. For example, a friend of mine told me about an executive who was making $70,000 a year who lost his job. He got a new job as a janitor making only $12 per hour. So, he had to ask God for help to provide for both himself and his family. He felt ashamed, helpless, and depressed. So, it was then that he needed to surrender everything to God. He turned and asked God for help: “Lord, I am going through a disaster right now, and I need your help as soon as possible. Lord, I know you hear me, and I know you answer prayers. Help me!” And God gave him the courage to make it through each day, one day at a time. Therefore, why don’t you ask God for help?

GOD KNOWS OUR NAMES

God knows everything about us because He created the world. Therefore, whatever your problem is, He knows exactly what it is. Just get down on your knees because the Lord is waiting for you. Ask Him for the help you need.

He may not answer right away, so if you love the Lord, you need to clap your hands and rejoice. Rejoice! Stomp your feet, and lift your voice! Be joyful because anything you need the Lord will supply because the Lord knows our names.

GOD CAN FIX IT.

God can fix whatever is broken in your life. All you have to do is to get on your knees and to tell the Lord whatever you need. He will fix it.

The Lord might answer your prayer right away. Just be patient. Stay on your knees and pray. You just have to stay with the Lord, and the Lord will stay with you.

Keep the door open so that He can come in. Amen.

THE TIME IS COMING WHEN JESUS WILL ARRIVE

This is the year to get to know who Jesus is because the times are getting hard. Things are getting tougher.

If you read your Bible, the Book of Revelation tells you this is the time that Jesus will return. No one knows when the Lord is coming back. You will see. Just believe. It is time to bless the Lord, and it time for us to speak to the things that are not right in our lives. I believe in the power.

There is no need to ask me where I have been. Ask me were I am going, and I will tell you that the Lord called me to be one of his angels to help those who can’t help themselves. The lord told me to let them know to keep their heads to the sky… where Jesus is.

MY RESOLUTIONS FOR THE NEW YEAR 2009

My resolutions for the new year are to let the Lord keep blessing me and to stay in the Word. Remember that this a new year and to stay fresh and clean for Jesus. Remember to pray for other people who are in need of prayer.

I am going to keep on studying for my GED. I am going to keep all my needs first. I am going to stay in contact with my children and to pray for them.

My final resolution is to keep my trust in Jesus and to let the Lord keep blessing me. And everything will be fine in 2009.
